leonhouse’s East Fremantle project is a study in refined contrast, where deep black joinery meets crisp white surfaces to create a home of striking sophistication. A monolithic dining table anchors the space beneath a cascade of pendant lighting, while the adjoining kitchen unfolds around dual islands finished in Carrara marble and matte black timber. Throughout the home, fluted black timber battens, sculptural feature lighting and considered material pairings speak to a design language that is bold yet restrained — each space flowing seamlessly into the next. Soft curtained windows and layered greenery temper the home’s dark palette, allowing natural light to animate the interiors across the day.
